Brendan Souder
Brendan Souder is the owner of RPGi. Brendan is a career Special Forces soldier who has spent his 20-year career in Special Operations between the 75th Ranger Regiment and Special Forces. Brendan is a certified NRA instructor, GM competitive shooter, and host full spectrum training courses in the US and abroad.

JESSE RODRIGUEZ
Jesse is on the RPGi Staff and instructs at RPGi and has served for almost 20 years in the US Military, primarily as a Special Forces NCO. Jesse is certified NRA instructor, RSO and USPSA Range Officer. Jesse is an avid competitor and highly reputable tactician.

PAUL ISHAM
Paul is a RPGi Staff Member and instructs at RPGi having served in the military as a Marine and currently in Special Forces. Paul is certified NRA instructor and USPSA Range Officer. Paul competes at a high level in the Panhandle of Florida and has earned M-Class in USPSA.

"Mr. T" is a great coach and mentor to the shooting community. He is a certified NRA Instructor, RSO and USPSA Range Officer. Mr. T works as a government contractor to support the warfighter and is a phenomenal shooting coach. Mr. T competes in USPSA, Steel Challenge, 2-Gun/3-Gun and various outlaw match series.

Justin works as a SWAT Team officer in the state of Florida and competes in multiple disciplines of competitive shooting. His real world CONUS experience helps maintain a realistic approach to RPGi tactical courses. Justin is a certified USPSA Range Officer who is highly respected in the shooting community.
